Managing Director
Tim Wadsworth, MRICS
The majority of Tim’s 20 years in property has been as a commercial surveyor in London and the South of England. He has worked with Lane Fox, DTZ and was Managing Director for seven years at Ballinger Wadsworth in Winchester.
Tim has worked with a wide range of occupiers, institutional and property company investors, as well as developers. He takes great pleasure in identifying opportunities and is responsible for project finance and managing the disposal of the completed space.
Technical Director
Alan Colwill, MCIOB
Alan has over 20 years experience in construction, facilities management, consultancy and development organisations in the UK and Australia. This experience has given him a clear understanding of the whole development life cycle and the wide range of challenges to be addressed as part of the delivery of a successful development.
Alan takes responsibility for the management and delivery of the physical aspects of the development, linking at all stages with Tim to address the aspirations of the stakeholders. He has an enthusiasm for regeneration, the sea and chicken dhansak
Design Manager
Cathryn Bishop, BA (Hons)
Cathryn originates from Cornwall and has been a qualified interior designer for eight years. Her role at Hydon involves all things design and looking after purchasers to make sure their new home is exactly as they would want it.
Previous to this, Cathryn had a great deal of experience converting listed buildings into hotels and restaurants, looking after the design and managing the construction side too. When she’s not at work, Cathryn loves traveling and running competitively.
Secretary
Sandra Vernon
Sandra is West Country born and bred and comes from a farming background. She joined Hydon in April 2006, and has over 10 years experience of working in the legal profession and the Local Council’s Environmental Health Department.
Sandra enjoys all aspects of her job at Hydon whether in the office or putting on her wellies to assist out on site.
Sales Consultant
Claire Beale
Claire lives in Wellington and her local knowledge is invaluable to our staff and purchasers alike. She has over 10 years experience within the property industry and formally managed an estate agency in Wellington.
Claire joined Hydon in February 2008 and now looks after all our purchasers, ensuring that they have a professional and pleasurable experience at Tonedale Mill. She loves the great outdoors and recently braved the English summer to camp and then climb several routes up Mount Snowdon.
