A recent Hydon project - The Barley Yard in Crewkerne, Somerset
Hydon purchased this brownfield site in September 2003 and it comprised redundant industrial premises, partly Victorian red brick brewery and partly modern factory. Working closely with South Somerset District Council they agreed a comprehensive redevelopment to provide a total of 74 apartments and houses plus small business units and a convenience store.
