About Us
Tonedale Mill is being developed as a joint venture partnership between Hydon and Highmore Homes. Hydon is a private limited company owned by the principal Tim Wadsworth and Highmore Homes is owned by Highcross.
Hydon is based in the West Country and focuses on interesting sustainable developments. They work with and engage local communities, and recently held a public consultation with residents at Tonedale to take on board their comments and concerns. Hydon work on a partnership basis with contractors and believe this provides the best results on complicated conversions and refurbishments. The success to date in Wellington is partly due to their willingness to work with English Heritage and the Taunton Deane Conservation Officer who are very much part of the team.
